Chef  Chau

Executive Chef Chau has travelled extensively for most of her career enjoying the beaches of Greece to the busy streets of London and Hong Kong. Classically trained chef from our very own Burswood Casino in the day.

Coming from a farming background, Chau sources only the finest and sustainable produce available. Generally, most of her fresh produce will come from her own organic garden.

She is passionate for food that wakes up your senses and touches your inner child. This often entails a combination of East meets West with fun and new twists to tantalise your taste buds.
