Chef  Lachlan

Lachlan "Lockie" Wayne Bonetti is a Perth-based chef with a lifelong passion for food and over a decade of professional experience. Originally from South Australia, he began his culinary journey as a teenager and became a qualified chef in 2010 after training under award-winning mentors at the renowned 5-star restaurant The Gala.

Over the years, he's worked in a variety of kitchens, from fine dining to FIFO, and discovered a real love for pastries and desserts. He now runs PattyCakeCatering, where he creates handcrafted cakes and menus for events across Perth.

What drives him is simple: fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and that look on someone’s face when they take the first bite. He's always learning, always evolving, and forever grateful to share his passion on a plate.
